Let's Partner for Team Ontario, by filling in the form below. Once the account request form has been submitted, your account will be enabled within 5 days. As an authorized representative of your organization agreeing to this pledge, you will be the partner portal administrator and be able to generate new accounts for other individuals in your organization.
